Should I use different pots for different types of cooking?

Although it is not a must, we do recommend using different pots for different types of cooking; one for rice and other grains, soups, stews, etc.

One for yogurt and milk/dairy deserts, jellies, jams preserves etc and if you like making chai/tea, brewing your coffee or making other herbal decoctions in pure clay pot, it works best to set one aside for that (primary clay neutralizes the acidity in these drinks, especially coffee)

Doing it this way lets the pot cook that specific type of food much faster and better each time.
