Orders take up to 1- 3 days to ship out.  Domestic orders ship UPS Ground and should reach their destinations in 3-5 business days.

We Ship International too!

International orders ship USPS Priority Mail and reach the destination country within 6-10 business days.  Please note: We only charge a minimum flat rate for international shipping, any country specific taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: In order to ensure they don’t come in contact with any chemicals and/or toxic contaminants, all our products are individually handcrafted and unglazed. Any surface imperfection and irregularities are therefore not to be considered as defects, but rather as unique characteristics of these products. We can replace your purchase only if the pot or lid is deemed unusable because of these imperfections, if any.


In the very rare occasion of your pot cracking during use, it could be because of exposure to prolong periods of uneven heat, or if the pot got very dry on the stove.  In this case, if your pot does crack, we can replace it for FREE up to 1 year of purchase. Email us two pictures (see picture sending guide below) of the pot showing the crack with your order number. You don’t have to send the pot back, but we ask that you pay the shipping ($22.00 for MEC Small, Medium Pots and Medium Pan & $26.00 for MEC Large, X-large and Large Pan on domestic shipment, lowest actual rates for International). We’ll send an invoice for the shipping cost.

A heat diffuser is a must use with electric stoves (coil or glass/ceramic cook-tops) for this warranty to be applicable.

Read Images Sending Guide:

Pictures should not be expanded or magnified.  Please send the actual size of the image and the picture should contain the full view of the pot/item, in other words, the entire pot/lid should show in the picture.   When sending pictures of a lid that doesn't fit too well, place the lid on the pot and take & send 3 pictures: one from the top, one from the left and one from the right. shipping- pureclay shipping-pure clay


If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call or email us and we will do everything we can to resolve/rectify the issue.

Customer can return the pot up to 3 months of purchase if unused, returns will not be accepted on used items.  Items being returned have to be packaged the right way and insured against damages & loss due to possible rough handling during transit.    There is a 10% restocking fee on  all returned items. Customer pays for return shipping. We will process the refund when the item is received intact and upon inspection  by the shipping department, this may take up to 1 week.  If the items come back to us broken you have to file a damage claim with the shipping company.  Upon inspection, if the items appear used (dark, oxidation marks on the pot or lid), a refund cannot be issued.

If it’s used, and you're having an issue please reach out to us and we will try to resolve it in the best way possible.  The pots are made to last forever, but if for some reason they happen to crack during use, (reasons include accidental misuse), we can send you a FREE REPLACEMENT for up to 1 year of purchase.  Customer pays for replacement shipping charges as outlined below. 

The shipping charges for the FREE replacements are as follows:

For Domestic shipments  MEC Small, Medium Pot or Medium Pan -- $22.00.

For Domestic shipments MEC Large, X-large Pot or Large Pan -- $24.00

If you need more than one pot/pan replaced under this warranty there is
$14.00 shipping charge for each additional item.  

The freight charges for international shipments will be the actual cost of shipping.

 If you accidentally dropped your pot and if it breaks, you can purchase another one at 40% off for up to 2 years of purchase.  It has to be the same pot you're replacing.

Damaged Shipments & Replacements:

In the unfortunate and unlikely event of your shipment reaching you damaged/cracked, please contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement right away. We'll work on the damage claim with the shipper; a postal inspector may come by to take a look at the shipment, so please retain the packing materials and damaged items for inspection for two weeks.  You don't have to ship the damaged item back to us. (What can I do with my damaged pot)

Coupon codes:

Have a coupon code, please enter it on the checkout page and you'll get the credit for your coupon on the totals. If you're having issues using your coupon code email us and we will get back to you right away.
