Using Miriam’s Earthen Cookware pan is perfect for stir fry recipes due to its excellent heat retention. In this recipe, we will show you how to make an easy and delicious veggie stir fry in this cookware. Since the pan has already been seasoned and used for water-based recipes, it is fully non-stick and does not require chemicals like Teflon that can chip or react with the food and contaminate it.

Serves: 2-3 | Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 tsp peanut oil
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
½ carrot, sliced
¼ cup sweet onion, sliced
½ cup cauliflower florets
¼ red bell pepper, sliced
For the Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ginger, minced
1 thai chili, thinly sliced (optional)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
½ lime juiced
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Furikake seasoning (optional, to taste)

Directions:

  1. Warm the Miriam’s Earthen Cookware pan over low heat. After a few minutes, add the oil followed by the vegetables and turn the heat to medium low. Add salt and pepper to develop flavor.
  2. After the vegetables have cooked for 5 minutes, stir them and make the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Turn off the flame and add the sauce to the pan. Allow the hot pan to finish cooking the stir fry until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve the stir-fry with brown rice and garnished with furikake seasoning. Enjoy!
